The Country Home Company delivered a superb job on the [£200,000] refurbishment and extension of our 1901 house. We have previously carried out major (in some cases total) refurbishments of 5 Victorian and Edwardian properties in London and elsewhere and I have no hesitation in saying that I have never encountered the quality of workmanship, attention to period detail and perfectionist approach which Matt Cox and his team brought to this project. Inevitably with a property of this age you encounter unexpected problems and these were all addressed expertly and with imagination. The large number of specialist subcontractors were of the highest quality and were expertly coordinated and managed.

I hired the Country Home Co after being recommended by a friend. I have nothing but great things to say about the Country Home Co team. Charming guys who have an incredible work ethic and attention to detail. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for more than just a builder. I trusted their judgement and guidance and could not be happier with the results

Can't recommend Les Higgins enough. Today he found the problem to my car heating... the previous mechanics faulty wiring!!!! I could of had a car fire if it wasn't for Higgins finding this fault. Thank you so much x

Since they joined the Good Garage Scheme the notes and details they give me are even clearer, I can see exactly what they have done and what needs to be done in the future making me feel looked after and in control. They take the time to answer any questions I have in a way I can understand. My family also take their cars here. Above and beyond service!

I popped in quite late on a Saturday and my wife and I were greeted warmly and without any sales pressure. Adrian is a gentleman and his cars are in tip-top condition.

I was looking for a modern classic and initially dealt with a well known dealership in Glasgow. Very disappointed with their integrity and inflexibility. Great value products, absolute honesty, easy to talk to and they go the extra mile. A small warranty issue was progressed without any hassle. Great service from an A1 Auto Locksmith, repaired my car in Petersfield and on the road in no time at all.

We'd highly recommend this company to family and friends. From the initial emergency contact, the survey carried out by Richard to the boiler installation, they were helpful and friendly. The team, led by Sean, completed the work quickly and efficiently. We look forward to using them again to update the rest of our heating system.

I had a new boiler fitted in a new position which meant all sorts of tweaks to the pipework, not to mention the house. Buxton Heating's fitters were clean, tidy, efficient and quiet - hardly knew they were there and I was working at home. Highly recommended.

Every time Ive needed something urgently Trusted PC Man has delivered. A very personal approachable company. Prices are very reasonable given its not a huge superstore! Very helpful in sorting every problem Ive asked them to help with! Thumbs up!

I have been using Trusted PC Man for the past couple of years and they have been fantastic. I've just picked up my laptop from them and they've cleaned up the bugs and viruses that were slowing it down. Got it back in the time they said it would take. They've also found a great solution for our broadband wireless signal at home. First point of call for our PC, laptop and internet problems.

I went into the Entertainer looming for toys to entertain a 2 year old on a flight. One of the members of staff went over and above to try to help me find suitable products. I was very impressed.

Helpful service but not open on a Sunday and a little limited in some traditional stock like paints etc.

I have nothing but praise for Russell and his team. We chose Russell because he sold the house to us in the first place and we respected his process. We have, therefore, seen the team from both sides of the table. Through the whole selling process, I got the feeling that the team really liked our house and their enthusiasm towards it never waned. They were always available and their knowledge (about people and the market) was right on the button. Highly recommended!

It was an amazing experience with Henry Adams when we dealt with them for a flat to rent in Haslemere. Daniel Wood was the letting manager who deserves great appreciation in showing the flat in no reluctance and to deal with all our needs quicky. The communication was faster as compared to other agencies either through email or phone calls. The process was quick and professional. The best!

Some parts not covered - i.e. asymptomatic asthma. However, I did need to claim after fracturing a leg bone on the slopes, bit faffy in getting things sorted, but once they were sorted, got a taxi from my accomodation to the airport, assistance at the airport followed by assistance at next airport and met by a taxi to take me home. Very valuable £20 spent.

Mark is a great photographer who is a pleasure to work with. His great eye for a shot plus his innate ability to make people feel at ease is a great combination. His studio space is perfect for small photoshoots as well.

I visited Nick during the Surrey Artists Open Studios event and viewed his work. Beautiful photographs, elegantly displayed. I fell in love with one and it is now on my wall at home. His work is expert and wonderful to enjoy. Thank you!

We had our best ever family shoot experience with Ewan. For once the kids were relaxed and he kept their attention for ages. He got the photos back to us really quickly and there were loads of fantastic pictures. We've tried family photo shoots with other photographers in the past which turned out to be a real waste of money in the end but this time we were really impressed with the results and the experience was enjoyable too.

Used Richard's services to remove a gas pipe. The house was left clean and tidy. Highly recommended!

Richard from R.A.L plumbing and heating came to my mums aid, as a pensioner with Parkinson's she had lost her heating, one call to Richard and he was there same day trying to get her heating back on in the cold. Mums boiler was very old well passed its replacement date, so he fitted a new combi condensing high efficient boiler with a 10 year warranty from manufacturer Ideal. Mum can not or me believe how her house is so warm and he worked over the weekend to get it done. Fantastic service from a reliable, caring plumber and heating engineer. Highly recommended.

James arrives when he says he will, he's thoroughly knowledgeable, and fully focuses on the job in hand. Very pleasant and helpful - even took away the obsolete tanks in my loft (several of them, accumulated over years). Thank you, James! My new combi system will make a big difference this winter. I hired Jonathan Frye's plumbing to fix a leak on my boiler. He came out straight away, was very polite and fixed the problem quickly. It was the cheapest quote I had been given and also a really good service. I will call again with any future problems and recommend to friends and family.

I’ve used HIT a few times now, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’ve always found them to be totally reliable and on the ball. Very handy too is that I can leave my children’s car seats with them whilst we’re away. Great service - would definitely recommend.

Volunteering in Kenya with AV in the summer of 2016 was an amazing experience. I got to meet and great people from across the globe and the local community were very friendly and welcoming. AV were incredibly well organised in preparing the volunteers for what to expect and what to bring. The UK and Kenya office were very efficient, making the whole process very simple and easy for the volunteers, in addition to keeping families at home updated with our progress. The projects and extra activities available were amazing. I can not speak highly enough of our guide Charles. He knew how to get the most out of us and made sure we had as great an experience as possible. The more you put into this fantastic experience, the more you get out.

In 2014 I had a life changing trip to Uganda for 3 months with 4 others. Becoming an AV was one of the best decisions i’ve made and still years on myself and others on my trip stay in touch. AV are such a communicative company who made the trip such less daunting for myself, who at the time was 17. Uganda is an amazing and beautiful country with the most friendly people. I feel extremely privileged to have had the experience and I plan to go back in the future!

I don’t really think words like great, amazing, caring etc fully cover my experience of Chris & his team at Crofts! Not just the obvious love that they show to the animals, but I have to say, Chris is a character that you do not meet every day! Doting on his family & outwardly proud of his welcoming practice.
